SHOPPING INFORMATION

How do I make an order?

Just follow these 8 simple steps which should take you approximately 5 minutes and your order is on the way!

1. Click “Shop” on the right-hand-side pane of our website.
2. Select the product you want to bring home.
3. Determine the desired size and quantity for your selected product, before clicking “Add to Cart”
4. Your cart will automatically pop up on the right. Review your items and click “Check Out”
5. Fill in your name and billing address, select your payment method and click “Place My Order”
6. Fill in your payment details and click “Pay”
7. Do 3 burpees (just kidding, maybe) while waiting for the order to be processed.
8. Voila! You will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase.

How do I know if you’ve received my order?

If you have not received your confirmation email, here’s what we propose:
• Check your junk mail! And remember to tell your inbox that we’re not junk.
• Log in to your Summersault account to check if your order is still there.
• Talk to us at summersault-my@gmail.com. Do give us a maximum of 2 working days to get back to you.

How can I return an item?

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don’t waste those hard-earned endorphins, talk to us if you’re not happy with your purchase.

Wrong order/size/fitting? We understand. Do help us out by bearing the postage cost and we’ll send you the right one. If there are no sizes left, we will issue a store credit of the same purchase cost.

Damaged/Defective products? First of all, we are really sorry! Do give us a chance to rectify the situation by talking to us at summersault-my@gmail.com. You have a choice of either exchanging the product or receiving a corresponding store credit.

Before you send the product back to us, help us speed up your process by:
• Providing the reason for return, order number, product details and photo of product
• Ensuring the product is unworn and the tags are still attached
• Providing the postage costs receipt.

I’m worried about the size! How do I know if your products are the right fit?

We get you, nothing’s more frustrating than receiving the wrong size. To lessen these moments, you can do the following:
• Check your body measurements against our product measurements provided on the individual product pages.
• Check them out in real life! Check out our Facebook page to find out when is our next booth sale.

Payment methods

To make your shopping experience a seamless and secure one, we offer a range of payments methods for your convenience:

  • Cash on delivery- only for areas within 5km from KL Sentral and Sunway Giza @ Kota Damansara respectively
  • Online banking- instant fund transfer via major Malaysian banks
  • Paypal – no disclosure of credit card and bank details required.To prevent any issues at checkout, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the same as that held on file with your credit or debit card issuing bank.
